By downloading, installing, or using awaycode ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

awaycode is a mobile application that allows you to connect to and control a Claude Code agent running on your desktop computer. The app facilitates communication between your mobile device and your own server infrastructure.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your server and access tokens
• Ensuring your use of the app complies with all applicable laws
• Any actions taken through the app on your connected systems
• Keeping your device secure and preventing unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Access systems you do not own or have permission to control
• Conduct any illegal activities
• Circumvent security measures on any system
• Distribute malware or malicious code

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from your use of the app.

Code Execution Risks

The app enables remote code execution on your systems. You acknowledge the inherent risks of remote code execution and accept full responsibility for any consequences of commands executed through the app.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
